A lightweight, self-hosted issue tracker designed around AI-agent development loops.
issues keeps agent work scoped, durable, and close to the repository. It treats a useful issue as an execution boundary: small enough to review, large enough to produce a coherent result, and explicit enough to hand off between people and agents.
The tool combines a local issue queue with ownership, dependencies, worktree-aware execution, and a handoff trail. It is intentionally smaller than a team project-management system and more durable than conversation history.
